考虑微凸体接触的盘式制动器摩擦力计算建模与试验研究Computational modeling and experimental investigation of disc brake friction force considering asperity contact

摘要(Abstract):
为准确获取盘式制动器干式摩擦副接触面摩擦力的变化规律,开展了考虑微观形貌特征的摩擦副接触仿真建模与试验验证研究。基于分形理论表征摩擦副粗糙表面微凸体的形貌分布规律,结合摩擦学测试获取的表面微观形貌点云数据,通过逆向建模构建含真实微凸体结构的摩擦副三维精细化模型,采用ABAQUS软件完成粗糙表面微观接触过程的有限元仿真。采用UMT Tribolab摩擦磨损试验机开展盘-盘摩擦副对照试验,验证仿真模型的准确性。结果表明:仿真结果与试验数据吻合良好,相对误差小于8.54%;接触面摩擦力随接触时间延长先增大后趋于稳定。通过调整边界条件获取了不同工况下的摩擦力变化规律,证实制动摩擦力随接触压强与相对滑动速度的提升而增大。该研究可为盘式制动器接触面摩擦力的精准计算提供新途径与理论支撑。
