应用激光散斑衬比成像探究电针刺激对大鼠脑皮层血流的影响Effect of electroacupuncture stimulation on cortical blood flow in rats investigated by laser speckle contrast imaging

摘要(Abstract):
为研究电针刺激下大脑血流实时响应特性,应用激光散斑衬比成像技术研究了电针刺激对大鼠脑皮层血流的影响。首先,设计了一款低成本、便携式激光散斑血流成像仪,通过闭塞后反应性充血实验验证了仪器的稳定性和可靠性。然后,基于此仪器进行肌肉电刺激实验,研究不同参数的电针刺激对大鼠脑皮层血流灌注的影响。研究表明,肌肉电刺激可以改变大鼠脑皮层血流灌注水平,较高的电刺激强度对脑血流的促进作用更强,较高的电刺激频率对脑血流的抑制作用更强。
