自由活塞膨胀机-直线发电机多参数耦合影响分析Multi-parameter coupling influence analysis of free piston expander-linear generator

摘要(Abstract):
为揭示自由活塞膨胀机-直线发电机(free piston expander-linear generator,FPELG)系统中多运行参数对系统峰值输出功率与活塞行程的交互影响,通过单因素试验确定进气压力、进气/膨胀/排气持续时间及负载电阻的合理范围,采用Box-Behnken设计,基于响应面法(response surface methodology, RSM)建立双响应的二次预测模型。方差分析结果显示,模型显著且失拟不显著。因素作用层级分析表明,进气压力与进气持续时间是影响峰值输出功率及活塞行程的主导因素。外部随机试验显示,峰值输出功率与活塞行程预测误差均在可接受范围,验证了模型可靠性。以活塞行程为约束、峰值输出功率最大化为目标进行参数寻优,获得工程适用的最优运行参数。研究结果可为FPE-LG系统多参数匹配、控制策略制定及试验运行区间优化提供理论支撑与方法参考。
