鉴相法精密绝对式电容型角位移编码器Phase-detection-based precision absolute capacitive angular displacement encoder

摘要(Abstract):
针对电容型角位移编码器存在易受噪声信号干扰、硬件电路复杂的问题,设计了一种鉴相法绝对式电容型角位移编码器。该编码器通过优化线圈电极结构与信号链路,在提高抗干扰能力的同时简化硬件实现,采用方波激励最终获取相位差信号,并在此基础上进行数字化处理实现角位移解算。同时,引入内外圈共同测量的结构,实现角位移的绝对定位。基于此设计制造编码器样机并进行实验验证,其整周原始误差范围为-0.012 1°~0.017 7°。实验验证了该编码器测量角位移的可行性,在工业领域具有广泛的应用前景。
